Our domestic shipments  normally take 3 to 8 days  to reach their destinations. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or text message letting you know about it, along with the shipment number. After logging into your account on our website, you can check your account's "Profile" area to view your order's progress.  

Divided Orders  

If your order includes numerous items, we retain the right to ship each item separately to complete your transaction more quickly. There will not be any additional charges for this specific service.  

Cancellations  

You will receive a text message or email informing you that your order has been cancelled unless we can ship or complete it. By logging into your account on our website, going to the 'Order' section, and choosing the relevant option, you can cancel your order any time before it is shipped. However, once the order has been sent out, it cannot be cancelled.
